The most extensive and complete how-to can in a pressure cooker on You Tube...well...I think so at least. In this first of two videos, we will go from the raw ingredeants needed to can Tomatoes and Okra as well an can Tomatoes and Zucchini to the final canned product. This video may demonstrate the specifics of canning these particular vegatables, but offers a very close and clear view of basic canning technques as well as some of my own pointers to help your canning process go as sooth as the skin of a ripe tomato.
